The Pacific Training Institute of Facial Aesthetics (PTIFA) was co-founded by Dr. Warren & Jan Roberts after concerns with the level of training provided at botulinum toxin and facial rejuvenation training programs they attended early in their careers. PTIFA prides themselves on providing thorough understanding of specific practices and injection techniques in order to make the patient experience remarkable.

The Problem

The company had already begun to generate significant traction and word of mouth referrals, but their online marketing and keyword competitiveness needed work. They needed help to ensure that they dominated the online arena for their chosen keywords in order to maximize their sales pipeline and create the explosive growth all startups are seeking.

 

 

The Solution

We were hired to build a comprehensive SEO strategy that targeted multiple geographical locations and variety of industries. Working closely with the in house marketing team at PTIFA.com, we developed a detailed and comprehensive online and inbound marketing plan.

An added challenge on this project was that rather than implementing our recommendations ourselves, we assumed a consulting role, advising the in house team at PTIFA.com regarding best practices and creating detailed recommendations and plans for their team to implement in house.

 

The Results

Although unconventional, this approach worked, and PTIFA soon started to see the results they wanted, generating more traffic and capturing more leads. Among the measured results PTIFA reported were:
